Foreword Development respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions about anything here, you can reach us using the contact details at the bottom.
Information we collect
When you visit this site we automatically receive standard browser information — your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is the same information almost every website sees and we use it to keep the site running smoothly and to understand which pages are useful.
When you choose to give us information — by filling out a contact form, scheduling a tour, joining a waitlist or saving a property to your favorites — we collect what you submit. For contact and tour forms that typically means your name, email address, phone number and the message or property you are inquiring about.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule the tours, calls or visits you request.
- To remember the properties or units you save to your favorites so they are still there on your next visit.
- To understand how visitors use this site and to improve the pages, listings and tools we offer.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information. If we ever share it with a service provider (for example, an email tool that handles tour confirmations), that provider is contractually limited to using it for the purpose we hired them for.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. You can review and change your choices any time by clicking the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, which re-opens our consent banner.
The table below lists every cookie and storage item this site sets, grouped by category. It updates automatically whenever we add or change a tracker — so what you see here is always what your browser actually receives.
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser — most browsers let you block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies or delete existing cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this site from working as expected (for example, your consent choice itself is stored in a cookie, so blocking it means the consent banner will appear on every page).
Third-party services
Some pages on this site embed content from third parties — including interactive floor plans, property maps, video tours and analytics tools listed in the cookie table above. When you view one of those embeds, the provider may receive your IP address and basic browser information needed to deliver the content. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy; the table above links to the policies for trackers we control.
Your rights and choices
For US residents
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or any other US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used.
- Delete personal information we have collected, with certain narrow exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise the opt-out right, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer. We also automatically honor the Global Privacy Control signal — if your browser sends GPC (Brave, Firefox and DuckDuckGo do this by default), we treat that as a legally binding opt-out for analytics and advertising without needing you to click anything. To exercise the other rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law.
For EU, UK and Swiss residents
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR (or UK GDPR / revFADP equivalent) gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you previously gave. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the tools we use or the law. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. If the change materially affects how we handle information we have already collected from you, we will also notify you directly when reasonably possible.
