Our commitment
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Those guidelines describe how to make web content easier to use for people with a broad range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological differences, and they make the site better for everyone in the process.
What we do
- Build pages with clear heading structure, descriptive links and labelled form fields so they work with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
- Provide text alternatives for images that carry meaning and aim for legible color contrast throughout the site.
- Check new pages, listings and features for accessibility as we add them, and revisit older pages over time.
- Treat the feedback we receive as a priority and use it to decide what to fix first.

Some features here — such as interactive floor plans, maps, video tours and embedded forms — are supplied by third parties. We try to choose partners who take accessibility seriously, but we do not control their tools and cannot guarantee every embed meets the same standard. If a third-party feature keeps you from getting information you need, contact us and we will get it to you another way.
